'True Skate' Updated with 2013 Street League Portland Course, Goes Free for the Weekend

At this time last month, True Skate [Free] had just received an update adding in a course from the 2013 Street League Skateboarding stop in Kansas City and dropped its price to free to celebrate the Street League event occurring that weekend in Chicago.
